CURE Loan Officer Code of Conduct

• Uphold all the standards and consumer protection measures of CURE 
• Execute all CURE measures before, during, and after a CURE-certified transaction to be in compliance with all CURE Loan Advisor monitoring and enforcement policies
• Explain and advise consumers on all the advantages and risks involved in all loan program under their consideration
• If advantageous to a consumer, explain and advise them concerning loan programs they are unaware of.
• If appropriate, explain why a new home loan for the purpose of refinancing or purchasing may not be in a consumer’s best financial interest.
• Shop for the best wholesale prices and rates for every consumer
• Act only in accordance with the best interests of home owners
